Onion Knight from Final Fantasy Dissidia

This has probably been one of my most time consuming and one of my most expensive costumes as of yet, but it was well worth all the time and money. A lot of the fabrics were hand painted for the cloak and skirts to get the nice gradients. Lots of beading, fringes and feathers were also added to this outfit. Which beading is one of my favorite things to do for a cosplay.
I created the helmet out of poster board and then covered it in bondo. It was a first time experience with the bondo and one that I probably wont do again, but the helmet turned out great. Sword was created from Insulation foam with a dowel rod used as the core and sculpey for the hilt.
